His HBO comedy series about a hitman-turned-aspiring-actor, calledBarry, which he also stars in, just completed its first season last year, and since then, hes found the time to appear in the horror film,It Chapter Two, scheduled to be released in September, and work on writing season two ofBarry. Hes also the dad to three girlsHannah, 9, Harper, 6, and Haley, 4whom he shares with ex-wife and filmmaker Maggie Carey.All that busyness, however, has meantless time with his daughters, which he feels guilty about. He toldVariety, I think I sa w my kids a total of five days all summer. It was terrible. So Im going, Next summer Im taking off. And Im going to spend every day with them. He continued, Its this weird thing where when youre in this industry, you dont have time to be with them, and its really, really difficult.
